Dial is original in perfect condition not paint flaking what so ever , The patina is original not fake .

The case is original  Engraved by the factory : 10 000 R=  1/2   Jaeger with Serial Number .
It always has been a rev counter ( not a modified Speedo ) ; The instrument works both clockwise and anti - clockwise as it should .

The movement ticks as soon as the shaft is being turned , the needle goes perfectly and comes back freely without sticking .
The Glass and the edge of the glass are flawless .
