Hi not sure if you can help me looking for information about 1910 bsa cars as I believe that I have a complete engine . Any information on this or put in contact with someone who can help would be appreciated see attached photos thanks peter coleman

I am restoring a 1910 BSA car Model 15/20 hp and undertaking research on BSA cars made between 1908 to 1911. I believe this engine is an earlier 14/18 hp Model of 1908. I would like to contact the owner to discuss some of the engine details. Regards, Bob Courtney, Australia.

I'll get into my archive , if you have an engine casting ref off the crank case that would help.
Please feel free to drop me an email.
Are you keeping the engine or looking to know more to move it in?
I'm pretty sure I have foundry records for early BSA engines , so please bear with me.

Hi Edward thanks for your reply it has a number stamped in the front engine mount on the aluminium block 342 . Then cast on the aluminium block is has BSA C1-89 I have considered what to do with the engine if there was some one out there that needed it to complete a restoration of a car I would part with it if not I was going to restore the engine to running condition it is a well designed engine for its time thanks peter coleman
