A 1906 six seater Mystery? (update II: Wolseley Wagonette! )

A most interesting  photo was sent by Anton van Luijk from Holland. Nothing much to be said about the location, except that one glass window behind the front of the automobile seems broken. It is not fully clear if this is an open driver limo or something more bus like. Judging the seating position of the passengers, there's room for maybe four or six passengers having access through a rear entrance.  The nicely shaped leather wings cover  the chain drive. The crank handle left at the feet of the chauffeur (click for larger photo) makes us think, is this for raising the hood or for starting? We conclude it is a bit small for the engine. We see a short hood with a half oval  wrap-around radiator hiding one, maybe two cylinders. As usual you have to help us further...

This Wolseley appears to have a Wagonette body as shown in the photo of the 1904 Wolseley Wagonette on page 349 of The Complete Catalogue of British Cars (published by William Morrow & Co. Inc 1974). The 3/4 front view with seated chauffeur and the wagonette hood/top raised shows chassis/body details that are virtually identical to the 1906 car. Perhaps someone can explain how the hood folds (to one side or in left and right sections).

The 'broken' window is just showing the reflections of buildings opposite - see chimneys?

editor: I have seen the full ress photo and I am not so sure about your chimney theory.

at first glance at the radiator its reminded me of an early wolseley, my guess is the rear of the body is detactable and a pick up section can slide in, and the man is loading or unloading it, i have a windham body that did this ,
