A Lady, a Philanthropist and an unknown PreWarCar

Today in this Friday Lady we also have a mystery for you to solve.

The photograph you see here was taken in Northamptonshire, probably in the early or mid-1920s. The gentleman proudly standing in front of the car is believed to be F.C.Chamberlain. He was the founder of a thriving local boot and shoe manufacturing business and also a real philanthropist. The back of the car looks absolutely jam-packed with stuff, including a lady! What the other things are we are not sure. Do you have any idea?
