A simple recipe. (Update II: tons of Pix !)

It's not that hard to organise a superb event like last weekend's Classic Days near Dusseldorf, Germany. Follow the simple recipe of the volunteer organisation and you can't go wrong! 1. Add up cosmetics and action by combining a Concourse with demo Racing at almost the same spot. 2. Take a superb location like Schloss Dyck. 3. Be sure to invite - among others - the people and cars from the Schlumpf Collection and the Mercedes-Benz Museum. 4. Sign a contract with the gods of sun and rain. 5. See to have thousands of free parking spaces. 6. Ask a crazy low entrance fee. If you follow these simple outlines -believe us- success will be on your side. Klaus Kienle. The Schlumpf car depicted here is the ex Elisabeth Junek 1928 Bugatti Type 35A. However, in our view the most spectacular was to see and to see driving (!) at high speed the well preserved 1923 Bugatti 'Tank'. More about that one later on.
UPDATE II: Lots and lots of very nice photos of the eent to be found at RacingPix.de
UPDATE 1: Dixi fanatic Helmut Kasimirowisz showed and raced his Dixi Special at Schloss Dyck and sends this link (German language): Dixi racer gallery
