EARLIER: A superb vintage photo sent to us by Gabriele Chiesa of Italy. Maybe the earliest photo we have seen here with the ultimate freedom of motoring as subject. Take your car and go anywhere you like, to places far away from home and teapot. The modern machinery will take you there and bring you home safely. So very much different is the perspective of this driver compared to ours. This thrillseeker of the early 1900's is quite another person than the London-Brighton veteran with a taste for antique machinery. Try to see this man as a snowscooter enthusiast of our time...
