Early 6 Volt chaindriven electric starter-motor made by the Wagner Electric - MFG. C° St. Louis/USA. (Spec. E.M. 154). Only 22cms in length. Could be off an early Reo, Flanders, Metz or Studebaker. Is complete but needs to be overhauled.
