I think this is an original 14HP Crossley radiator cap, although I could be wrong.The thread diameter is 1-7/8" with a 20TPI.It's not perfect, however, it will come up well with a bit of work. Fork end and clevis pin 40mm (1.5") overall length, pin is 1/4" diameter.  Fork is embossed with script Ford emblem.  I am not sure if these are for clutch, brake or throttle linkage.  I have 5 in same new old stock condition price listed is for 5.  I will post world wide and have PayPal
