These SU H3 carburettors are in good condition and, whilst they would need rebuilding (which I can do for you), all of the service parts are easily available. The throttle shafts are not anywhere near as worn as some I have worked on but for perfection they could have new bushings fitted. I know what the modern replacement parts for these carburett..

In two sections , top section (what you see mounted to steering Column) is as per pre war MG (and Morris), lower section could be Wolseley Hornet.
