jaeger tachometer for cyclecars. nice patina but not working

Jaeger 8 Day Clock Bezel Rim & Glass Original, measures approx 95 mm diameter, has hole in rim for winder at 8 o clock.

Jaeger 8 jours clock It runs but stops after 5 days… I can’t adjust the fingers, the problem seems to be on the left side gear, the wheel seems to idle on the axle,   … So needs work
