David Sykes sends in these two mystery photos. In a distant past a man named Denzell Gardens (not! see Updates) chauffeured both cars. Let's first concentrate on the torn up photo, the open chauffeur is showing a radiator and rounded scuttle which makes us think of Daimler 1910-12. But we don't feel very confident. Details that appear only after clicking the main photo are the little boy just behind the radiator. The coachbuilder's plate on the scuttle. The well wrapped spare tyre. The nice leather top. And funny enough but it may be visual trap, it seems the the right front tyre has a white sidewall..? Now the second car an attractive sporty seems of earlier vintage, more like 1907-1909
tourer makes us feel more confident about Daimler. The radiator toptank has the for Daimler characteristic thin cooling ribs. Who can fill in the details?
