Cord ? Graham? Hupmobile?

It looks like a Cord, but probably isn't. It looks like a Graham Paige, but probably isn't. It looks like a Hupmobile, but probably isn't. Could it be a Cord prototype or is it a derelict custom project? This photo was sent to us by Mark Albada Jelgersma who runs www.BugattiWeb.com (worth a detour...).
