Driving Rumanian Style...

These attractive 'dames' look like they intend to attack within seconds from now with a pre Ceasar a Roman chariot. But of course we have no idea what the artist had in mind when he sketched this couple early 1900 'babes' for a Rumanian postcard. Is it just a soft risqué picture with a modern transport attribute as a mere excuse? Or maybe it has to do with what people thought in those days about the reckless view on life of motorists?
