First car in town still a mystery (update: 1924/25 Peugeot 172)
A reader from Belgium who doesn't like to disclose his name sent this picture: "My grandfather and grandmother sitting in their cabriolet. This is supposed to be the first car in town. I would love to know the make, model and maybe year of this car. Sadly there are no traces of this car left behind in our family. Within the 28 grandchildren and almost 70 great-grandchildren there are many classic car afficionado's with a number of beautiful classics in their possession. Would you or your readers have any information about this car?"
Editor: Unless it is a one off body this very low built, subcompact convertible should not take a long time to identify.

It looks to me like a car that has swing axles at the rear. Might this help?
