A Smiling Radiator Mystery (update: 1905 De Diettrich 24HP? )

Generally speaking a true lady will not discuss or refer to the date & year associated with her birthday. The charming smile expressed by her ladyship above however cannot hide the fact that her car is shouting "1903 !".  As we have serious doubts if the number is connected to her car, we wonder if the number is related to her ladyship herselves. If we are totally wrong and don't underestimate the chance of that, you would expect that the car is on show at some kind of classic motor event.  Despite ample education in recent weeks by Ariejan Bos regarding various radiator shapes we were not able to ID this cut-through bell shape. Please help us out before Ariejan will jump in!

I am sure, taht this is a Lorraine Dietrich from around 1910. I have a 1913 HMI model with almost identical radiator.

Since I do not see a de Dietrich badge I can only suggest Turcat Mery.
(As a de Dietrich it would have been made under licence from Turcat Mery anyway)

Don't know the car but I suspect that the car and photographer are a 'seaside atraction' judging by the presence of the donkeys. Did the photographer lend the wearer a bonnet?

I am quite sure those are electric
headlights so the photo was taken about 1913 or later. Also, the car rides quite low so it is not North American and it is not a British colonial model. Could it be Italian?

I think that's a 1905 De Dietrich, possibly the 24HP?
