Jensen H types revisited....

After the outcome of quiz 164 has been published, several reponses and questions came in. The very last one made us decide to do a full update with the information which came in from Richard Calver, who runs the Jensen pages. He is also owner of the Model H which is under restoration and depicted here. We leave the word to Richard Calver: "The Jensen Healey Stories" is full of errors and cannot be taken as anything more than a general guide. Almost everything said in there about the pre-war cars is wrong or confusing. It is so inaccurate that the Jensen brothers considered taking legal action against its authors, because the numerous corrections the brothers provided to the publishers prior to printing, were not taken into account.
