Jubilations and celebrations! Therefore congratulations!

We would like to congratulate Hyman Ltd. with their 30th anniversary of “Servicing the Hobby.” It is time to celebrate this special occasion! Therefore we put Hyman Ltd. in the spotlight and highlight one of the PreWarCars the company from St. Louis, Missouri currently has on offer. We decided to show you this absolutely amazing 1937 Terraplane Utility Coupe!

1937 Terraplane Utility Coupe

This very distinctive 3-passenger 1937 Terraplane has a Utility Coupe. It is a rare model and one of just a handful known to exist. It is a very fine Utility Coupe which looks like any standard 2-door coupe but has a generously sized front seat and a slide-out cargo bed in the trunk. “From a styling standpoint, the pretty Terraplane’s signature waterfall grille stands out as a fabulous example of late Art Deco design, and the flowing curves and full-figured fenders make for one of the most distinctive styles of the era, “as perfectly described by Hyman.

Also, have a look at the photographs to admire the wonderful interior! This Terraplane, which is praised for its quality, performance and value is ready to win every single Concours d'Elegance there is! The recent restoration – which took 3 years – presents this Terraplane in a better-than-new condition.

The very exclusive and dazzling lovely pastel green 1937 PreWarCar has been taken care of to perfection. We do hope the new owner of the Utility Coupe will actually use the car, rather than putting it in a (private) museum. Even though that may seem like such a shame. Rarity on the road is where we go for!

Would you like to know more about this Terraplane? You can find this and other PreWarCars and PostWarClassics offered by Hyman Ltd. in our online Marketplace. Thank you Hyman, for all the beautiful cars and wonderful photographs you show us! We hope to see many more of these perfectly polished classic cars!

Cheers guys!
