Today’s Friday Girl seems more interested in the latest issue of Dutch carmagazine 'De Auto' (click) than the round of golf she’s about to start. Is that because this watercolour of her is featured in the 1928 Jubilee magazine? The one to celebrate the twenty-fifth year of this magazine published by the KNAC, the Royal Dutch Automobile Club, which was founded in 1898. (editor: take note of the overwhelming share the US cars have in the cover 'banners': FIAT, Lasalle, Buick-Oldsmobile, Studebaker, Cadillac, Shell, Renault, Nash, Hupmobile, Chandler, REO-Wolverine).
