Pebble Beach winner mis-identified ? (latest UPDATES : see Reed More)

Shown here is a Voisin C 15 roadster, according to Voisin expert Thierry Auffret (photo is mirrored for better comparison with photo below). The Pebble Beach winner 'Best of show' is said to be a C 25 ETS Saliot Roadster (Carpoint.MSN.com). The car above (photographed 5 years ago at the Paris Rétromobile) and the Pebble Beach winner show a more than remarkable resemblance. So now what is it, a C 15 or a C 25 ?
