Prescott by night ...

... and Prescott by day !(click). The VSCC's 75th anniversary hillclimb party in BOC's Prescott park was fabulous with more vintage racing cars and more vintage enthusiasts than ever before. A feast for ear and eye nearly twenty four hours per day during three days. With great contrasts in weather, machinery and people. Flocks of oxygen hungry aero specials like the Pirate Menasco (by Richard Scaldwell?). The first outing of the Fafnir/Hall-Scott (by Oliver Way). An overpowered Hisso V12 Amilcar and underpowered originals like the one-pot Carden and the amazing Grafton; a brilliant reconstruction of a halfscale GN by Tim Gunn. Yet there was more. Indestructable British flegmatism and cool weather gear and the most bizarre Rolls Royce 20HP Coupe we ever saw (a glider towing car by Tekton, USA, Massachusets). But also trainloads of the rare and highly desirable Vauxhall 30/98. The latest developments of the French wine industry. And rest assured.... Bugatti's in all sizes and shades of the holy Blue
VSCC at BOC's Prescott Hill,
the choice of new generation.
The choice of an even younger generation.
And the choice of the youngest generation!
