Thank you John for your input. 1732 remnants have been passed to ghost men from all around the world!! Most of it went to Herman R Zinn in USA back in the 60's. There was only about 25% of the car. Refer to Ian Irwin's book Silver Ghosts of Australia & New Zealand Vol1 where there is the history of 1732. The Chassis plate is probably still with Mr. Marquis-Kyle in Brisbane Australia.

It could be chassis 1733. This chassis started out with a Kellner landaulette body. The British RR Enthusiasts' Club magazine B290 for October 2008 has an article by Marco Makaus which shows the Kellner body but goes on to say the first owner had a "more informal open body made by Alessio of Turin". Marco goes on to say how he bought the part-restored car in the early 1990s and sent the car to Jonathan Wood for a complete restoration. I cannot find a photo of the car as it is now. Neither Marco nor 1733 are listed anywhere that I could find.

Where is 1732 today Jak?

The RR Ghost with R1733 number plate. If it is 1733 I once upon a time had the remnants of #1732 way back in the early 60's which I let slip thru my fingers. R1733 brings back "what might to have been!"
