My friend the engineer Jan Stellingwerff found this handpainted Minerva billboard on a house in Remouchamps, Belgium, twenty years ago and made this photo (click the photo and you can read 'Sans Soupapes' = 'No Valves' = Knight Sleeve Valves). You can still find this one, but there is a big tree in front now. So to make our point, if you are aware of any of these, be it in your neighbourhood or somewhere cruising down an old highway: Shoot what is left of them handpainted billboards (Bartolomeo's page ; WOW !!!)!
