Spyker in Finland. ( update: Hotchkiss !)
Remember the recent Spyker barnfind? Juha Kaitananen form Turku, Finland sends this photo: "...showing a Spyker automobile visiting a place called Lokalahti, the house is called Hermansaari. This is quite close to town of Uusikaupunki on Southwestern coast of Finland.
At the moment we think that the Spyker is the very first official vehicle used by our senate/goverment. At that time Finland was part of Russia."
Would it be too much to ask if this Spyker still exists...

At the moment we think that the man behind the steering wheel is Mr. Hedlund, an Finnish Immigrant visiting homeland and relatives. He btought this Spyker with him and left the car to Lokalahti when returned to New Zealand.

At the moment we know only two persons. The man standing on the right side of the door is Mr. Juho Kaskinen. He was a member of our senate. The other person I can name is Mrs. Kaskinen. She is standing on left side of the door.
They have panted some registration figure on the radiator - or are this symbols for registration. I have seen same thing on the Mercedes Simplex once owned by Hjalmar Linder in Mustio, Finland.
