Succesfull murder on the Concours of Aranjuez.

The Spanish Concours was the dream of Jean l'Homme, an artist with a passion for cars - not a businessman - to give Spain, to give Madrid its own Concours d'Elegance. Yesterday afternoon the dream that was so very near to come true collapsed. With a sad letter Jean explained to all participants, sponsors and media that the Concours had to be cancelled... This due to a complex situation that looks like the product of political powerplay with no other goal than destruction. Hurrah to the killers!!! You have succeeded! But sadness to the car hobby in Spain and to what could have been a new impulse to non-beach oriented tourism. Sadness to the event which could have been a new star on the classic car calendar. Sadness to Aranjuez that after the famous 'Concerto' would have enjoyed new impulses. Hurrah to this victory of burocracy and politics... leaving the ambitious plan of Jean l'Home and friends in ashes. [email protected]
