With Christmas just round the corner, another beloved tradition is also upon us: the 100 Miles Rally! This esteemed event will take place this weekend and, as always, it promises an exciting mix of adventure, challenges, and fun... as dozens of Edwardian, vintage and post-vintage cars dash to and fro through the cold winter's night in Antwerp, Belgium.

The 100 Miles Rally, which first took place 15 years ago, is a night rally that takes participants through picturesque towns and charming cities. This year, the PreWarCar.com team will take part again, driving the impressive 1907 Itala 40hp. Just like last year, we will try to livestream the start (internet connection permitting), but why settle for watching online when you can be there in person? Come to Antwerp, enjoy the city, and you might just stumble upon 50 pre-war cars driving through the streets!

The event kicks off on Saturday, December 21st at 7:45 p.m., when the first car will depart from Borsbeeksebrug. The route will take participants past some of Antwerp's most famous landmarks, such as King Albert Park, the 19th-century Burla Theatre, and the very modern Museum by the Stream, before heading to Heist-op-den-Berg, Lier and Herentals. It’s a must-see for anyone who loves historic cars, adventure, and the charm of Antwerp.

Event timetable:

• 19:45 - Start in Antwerp at Hotel Van der Valk, passing by well-known locations such as Borsbeeksebrug, King Albert Park, and the Museum by the Stream.
• 21:10 - Herentals Market Square
• 22:50 - Heist-op-den-Berg – Oude Godstraat
• 23:15 - Lier – Sint-Gammaruskerk, Market Square, Zimmertoren
• 23:45 - FINISH at Historic Competition Services in Wommelgem
