The British are back at Rétromobile

In a week's time, the entire classic car world will converge on la Ville Lumière, when Salon Rétromobile takes place. While some visitors and exhibitors will be flying in from America and the Antipodes, others have only to make the short jump across the English Channel.

Among the British contingent is Fiskens, taking a short holiday from its London mews home to exhibit some of its wares. This is something to look forward to, not just because the famed Fiskens girls will be there, but also because it will be exhibiting some cars of the very highest calibre.

Fiskens hasn't revealed what cars it will be bringing yet - they are to be announced next Tuesday - but we hear whispers that there'll be two pre-war cars on the stand, both of which have longstanding and deep-rooted associations with Le Mans.

If that doesn't stir your soul and make you excited for Rétromobile, nothing will. Personally, we can't wait.

Salon Rétromobile 2023 will take place between 2nd and 5th February at Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris. See you there!
