What is it ? Quiz # 298

It is without doubt a 4 cylinder four pot engine, most probably made around 1910, give it a few years. We don't know who made it. So if you send in your answer be sure to give us some proof as well. Otherwise we cannot say who won... Here a few specs to help you. Total length 88cm. Flywheel diameter 30 cm. Cylinder height 27 cm. Number on cylinders 7321. Number on block 1020. Number on valve covers: 30219. The carburettor is a Pallas. We also don't know what make is the rounded radiator. Nor don't we know if it belongs to this engine. Height of radiator 66 cm. Width 50 cm. Now of course you have the best chances to win if you can give a solid ID of both engine and radiator. Before you send in your response, read The Rules first. And while you're trying to crack this engine, please don't forget tomorrow is Mother's Day!
