This car’s two-piece ‘waterfall’ grille with its thin vertical bars was new for the year it was introduced. And as it was also the only year it sported this grille, the make of this car shouldn’t prove too difficult for you. But as always there’s a catch somewhere and in this case our quiz car isn’t the standard model. It sports a body made by a well-known coachbuilder. This company was founded in 1909 by two brothers and was in business until 1940. Especially their convertibles were well liked as the watertight hoods were filled with horsehair to keep the passengers warm in winter. What do we want to know from you? Tell us the make; the model; the year it was built and of course the name of the coachbuilder. Any additional information is welcome, but please use no more than 100 words! Send us your answer before Monday, November 3 by using our Contact Form. See Read More for the Rules. Have a nice weekend! (Photo source to be disclosed next week).
