The company that produced this automobile still had the word “carriage” in their name. That may seem awkward at that time, but the two brothers that owned the company soon changed their mind and destroyed all the equipment they had been using for building horse-drawn carriages since before the turn of the century. Their automobile was a conventional car, available in two- and five-seater versions. It was a new brand on the market, although the brothers had been making cars before, under a different name(s). The brothers retired in 1921, selling their company to a group of executives from another car manufacturer of the same state. The name of the company was slightly changed and the make stayed in production until the 1930s. One of the advertising slogans was “The Car for the Many”. We want to hear from you the name of the company, the make of the car and the year it was built. Also tell us the previous make(s) of the brothers. Please in 100 words or less.
