Once upon a time it was a sleepy village in a rural country side, until a bicycle maker from a nearby town decided he would like to buy the empty school building there. This bicycle maker had already been assembling bicycles from his family home since he was sixteen years of age; then progressed from bicycles to motor bikes to automobiles and due to success needed to expand. So the old college was turned into a factory and over the years turned out hundreds of thousands of motorcars. The once rural village grew and merged with other villages to become a huge industrial area. What we want to hear from you is the name of the bicycle maker; where did he come from; in what village and when did he start the factory seen here. And it would be nice if you could name the year of this pretty picture, based on the size of the factory (click main pic!).
