It is an early twenty-ish Weyman bodied roadster with V-shaped radiator, V shaped windscreen and V shaped or should we say pointed tail.  It's not German and it's not French. Here you go. We hope you have a little spare time this weekend as this is a tough as tarmac to chew on. We presume only a handful of this proud European make survive up to this day. Here is one hint that may be helpfull. The make was one of the pioneers in hybrid cars, and guess what they are into this again! Now that we have made you find the proper make, all yoiu have to do is decide or guess which year and which model this roadster is.  Probably it won't help you a lot in that , but to soften your quiz sufferings we'll give you a second view on the car.
