Well it's an Amilcar of course. An early twenties nicely boattailed C4 would be our guess. 
That is to say that's the car on the right but the quiz is about the car on the left. It has very well known looks, and maybe you say...ah...way too easy. But be careful it's not the everyday commuter version. Possibly you will be able to dig up some details based on the registration. We have no idea and gladly park the problem - if that's what it is - on your desk. Looks like a Peugeot 175 'Sport', with a special body...1923 or 1924.

I think the car on the left is a Peugeot, although I'm not %100 sure what model. My best guess is that it's the Type 153 BRS, which was the sports version of Type 153. The BRS had various differences to the standard Type 153, such as they were fitted with twin magnetos and half-elliptic rear springs.Front brakes were optional. If I had to pick a year, I'd say 1922. There was one BRS sold in Australia (I don't know if it survives), and I haven't heard of any others surviving either. I'd be interested to know if there was. Wikipedia says they made 200 between 1921-23, except I can't confirm that data.
