What's a Duesenberg Murphy doing in Las Palmas harbour ?

Mallorca, Spain, May 1964. The back of the photo says it's a Duesenberg Murphy, purchased by Raphael Estev... Engine nr. J-527 , chassis #2406 . Now we are of course very curious what became of the car and what became of Raphael. Please inform us if you have any lead.
