This is probably the only survivor of this model. It saw military action in the Great War and through a series of coincidences survived until this day. It was made by a factory that started at the very beginning of the previous century by making small petrol engines for stationary purposes. They made their first car in 1903 and in 1908 became internationally famous when they finished second in a race. Perhaps this fame was the reason that a saloon version of this model was owned by General Huerta, President of Mexico. Study the photos of this rather sad survivor and tell us what you think it is; we would like to know the make, the model, the year and of course anything else you can tell us about this particular car. One more clue: it had a rather distinctive grille, but we must warn you that we used our photoshop tools to make life more difficult for you :-)
As always, the winner will receive the famous PreWarCar T-Shirt, and in order to win you must send us your answer through the Contact Form before Monday August 16. Please first see ´Read More´ for the rules. Enjoy your weekend!
