Who can uncover and reveal this Mystery?

Who can uncover and reveal this mystery car? What is so strange about this photograph is that this pre-war parked on the side of the street is missing all four wheels. Besides this, the car is very carefully wrapped. It looks like the owner of the car is planning on parking it on this spot for a longer time.

Does anyone recognise this car? Please comment below if you can tell us more about today's mysterious pre-war car and/or can think of a reason why it is wrapped so carefully.

It is Praga Piccolo 21-22. serie said "America" as a winner of competition for taxi for New York .
The car has 1,5L engine and is 10cm brighter for better passenger comfort then normal Piccolo 201-203 with 1L engine.
The contract to USA wasn't realized and the cars was sold in Czechoslowakia as first car with LHD.
This type was modified to Super Piccolo(1934-36) an next to Lady(1935-47)

The rear wheel (right hand side) is still attached and the front right could also be there. The car has been involved in an accident. Look carefully at the front left wing (American 'fender') and also the rear left. I believe the owner is sourcing replacement wheels and tyres.

It certainly looks like a Praga Picolo. The location is Rimska street which is almost in the center of Praha, see the sign above the car.

To me this looks like a Praga Piccolo Model 202 (1932-1934) parked in Prague in front of Římská 35/37. The houses still look the same (check G..gle Street View), but the car is no longer parked there...
I think I can see the rear wheel on the right hand side. To my knowledge prewar cars were in daily use in the former CSR for quite some time. Maybe the car had suffered an accident to the front left side and the owner was looking for spares to keep the car on the road.
I own a Praga Piccolo P34 from 1939 (https://www.zwischengas.com/de/blog/2018/06/09/Auf-Besuch-bei-Zwischengas-Praga-Piccolo.html)
which was in daily use in the CSR until 1982 when the previous owner bought it while on a business trip. He somehow managed to organize export papers and once the car was brought across the border he drove it all the way to Switzerland, with only the fuel pump breaking down shortly before he arrived home.

Nice mystery car - although it would certainly be useful to provide more information on the location where this photograph was taken. I assume the location is somewhere in Czechoslovakia - hence its rather a Czech, Austrian or German car than anything else. Not sure, whether calling this "parcel" carefully-wrapped is really adeqate, but most likely someone wanted to prevent the car to suffer from further losses of details...
