It is quite a well-known man in vintage and veteran circles. Still you won't see him at many events. Mostly he will be with his cars, an ever changing fleet. He loves to  describe their identity, their character, their good and nasty habits  like a loving father. All this while pouring large amounts of tea to his guests. The photo was made in 1963 in Carshalton, a London suburb, so yes you should know this character from the British isles. As you can understand from all this, the man we are talking about is active in the hobby for nearly fifty years.
