LAST UPDATE (from Kees Jansen himself): location seems to be at the door of Bugatti agent Jack Lemon Burton at Brixton Road, London.
UPDATE by Sandy Leith(American Bugatti Registrar): "I can identify the Bugattis: the T-44 is 44266, engine no. 21, the T-35B,
chassis no. 4963 with engine no. 214T and the T-57SC, chassis 57512 with
engine no. 19S.
The T-35B was parted out by Lemon Burton in the late '50's and although the
"DOL 2" registration survives on an assembled T-35B, chassis 4963 for all
intents and purposes, no longer exists.
The T-57SC came to the US not long after this photo and is still there today,
despite being separated from its Corsica coachwork in the mid-to-late 1950's
and recently being reunited and restored!
The location certainly looks like London and I have no idea why a photo was
taken to commemorate this Bug gathering (does one really need a reason?). " Thank you Sandy! Then James Holland and Jeffey Vogel suggested the location is probably Brixton, London, SW 2. Thanks also to all others who sent their responses.
